Refund Policy

All Sales Final Since our products are made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please review the size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Eligibility for Refunds/Replacements We have a 30-day policy for defective or damaged items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to report an issue. To be eligible for a refund or replacement due to a defect, you must provide proof of the damage (photos of the item and the packaging).

How to Start a Claim To report a problem, you can contact us at roquehectorhdzveliz@gmail.com. If your return is accepted due to a defect, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, specifically custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
