Made-to-Order Process At Redvelz, we believe in sustainable fashion. Every product is made specifically for you as soon as you place an order. Because of this, it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you than mass-market brands. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your item to be created, quality-checked, and packed before it is shipped.

Shipping Rates We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada.

Estimated Delivery Times Since we make each item to order, the total time to receive your package includes the production time plus the shipping time.

  • United States: 5–10 business days (Total time)

  • Canada: 7–15 business days (Total time)

  • Mexico: 10–20 business days (Total time)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on peak seasons or carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with the first scan.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international orders (outside the USA), Redvelz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages Redvelz is not liable for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen. Please ensure your delivery address is secure. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at roquehectorhdzveliz@gmail.com with photos so we can assist you.
